We have a spy shot of the 2014 Mazda3 with the new Kodo design language, courtesy of AutoBlog. These shots show the new approach to the Mazda3 is very heavily similar to the all-new 2014 Mazda6. The front end changes the traditional "smile style" and instead focuses on a Nagare-inspired grille and front.
The all-new 2014 Mazda6 earned a "Top Safety Pick +" from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety - the highest result a vehicle can earn. It is awarded to vehicles that score the top rating in at least 4 or 5 of the separate testing evaluations. The Overlap Test is the newest to be introduced to the program, and it replicates the front corner of a car colliding with another vehicle or object like a tree or pole.

AutoBlog took a "first spin" in the all-new 2014 Mazda6, and we are happy to report they came away from the road test quite happy. In a industry rife with platform-sharing, exchange and other kinds of technological assimilation, it is quite rare that a truly "all-new" vehicle hits the showrooms and the streets. AutoBlog believes the 2014 Mazda6 is exactly that: a rare and unique wonder.
